I had an amazing VR experience at Santa Claus Village! The location was perfect, easily accessible and beautifully set up. The ambience really added to the excitement and made the experience feel immersive.
The service was outstanding—the provider was incredibly polite, kind, and supportive, guiding me through the VR experience step by step. He even pointed out the perfect time to see the Northern Lights in the VR show, which made the moment truly magical.
Overall, everything from the setup, service, and attention to detail made this experience unforgettable. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santa Claus Village!

We discovered this VR activity inside the souvenir shop near Saga Gift Shop in Santa Claus Village, and it turned out to be one of the highlights for our child!
The experience was engaging and exciting, and my kid was completely thrilled afterward. It’s a wonderful indoor activity, especially during cold weather, and adds something special to the visit.

Felt like a kid again 👍👍 Tour was very well organised and run. Friendly reindeer, Paris, kept wanting to walk beside our sleigh although he was supposed to be behind us😁. Limited Northern Lights sightings during the ride and around the campfire where we bbq sausages. But wonderful sightings back at the starting point both before and after the sleigh ride.

A highly recommended experience. You feel the wind and the sled moving. But it's definitely not the same experience without Jerry, our local guide for this activity. Jerry deserves a seat next to Santa.
